An initial private healing session with Jennifer begins with a personal health consultation during
which she will suggest an appropriate sound treatment. After the inquiry, you will lay on a mat in
quiet relaxed state to soften the sympathetic nervous system. During this time the bowls will be
placed and played all around your body.
Clients are asked to attend each session well hydrated and on an empty stomach (allow at least
three hours for digestion of meals and half an hour for settling light snacks). Please wear comfortable clothes without adornments such as buttons and zippers or jewelry.
In order to receive the maximum benefit of each session, Jennifer recommends a minimum of
1 session for 4 weeks. The first few sessions purge your body of blocks, stressors and toxins that potentially dampen your body's ability to strengthen and focus on ultimate healing. After the fourth session, you will evaluate any changes, progress or needs and then follow up with 2 more sessions spaced 1-2 weeks apart. At this point in your treatment your body has ideally been cleansed and
the fine-tuning of your biological systems will come back into its own frequency.
PREVENTATIVE CARE
Most clients whose goals have been achieved treat themselves to a "tune-up" once or twice a year. Healthy individuals can use sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls to re-energize, stimulate creativity and attain a deeper meditative practice, connecting further with his or her true essence and the universe.
POST-VISIT AND SELF-CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
After each session you will be encouraged to periodically scan your body and breath for any changes. Self-care mantras and tailored sound exercises can also be practiced at home between visits.
