An ini­tial pri­vate heal­ing ses­sion with Jen­nifer begins with a per­sonal health con­sul­ta­tion during which she will sug­gest an appro­pri­ate sound treat­ment. After the inquiry, you will lay on a mat in quiet relaxed state to soften the sym­pa­thetic ner­vous system. During this time the bowls will be placed and played all around your body. Clients are asked to attend each ses­sion well hydrated and on an empty stom­ach (allow at least three hours for diges­tion of meals and half an hour for set­tling light snacks). Please wear com­fort­able clothes with­out adorn­ments such as but­tons and zip­pers or jew­elry.

In order to receive the max­i­mum ben­e­fit of each ses­sion, Jen­nifer rec­om­mends a min­i­mum of 1 ses­sion for 4 weeks. The first few ses­sions purge your body of blocks, stres­sors and toxins that poten­tially dampen your body's abil­ity to strengthen and focus on ulti­mate heal­ing. After the fourth ses­sion, you will eval­u­ate any changes, progress or needs and then follow up with 2 more ses­sions spaced 1-2 weeks apart. At this point in your treat­ment your body has ide­ally been cleansed and the fine-​tuning of your bio­log­i­cal sys­tems will come back into its own fre­quency.

PRE­VEN­TA­TIVE CARE
Most clients whose goals have been achieved treat them­selves to a "tune-​up" once or twice a year. Healthy indi­vid­u­als can use sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls to re-​energize, stim­u­late cre­ativ­ity and attain a deeper med­i­ta­tive prac­tice, con­nect­ing fur­ther with his or her true essence and the uni­verse.

POST-​VISIT AND SELF-​CARE REC­OM­MEN­DA­TIONS
After each ses­sion you will be encour­aged to peri­od­i­cally scan your body and breath for any changes. Self-​care mantras and tai­lored sound exer­cises can also be prac­ticed at home between visits.
